Our 5-Year Health Guarantee
Every Tiny Hearts Maltipoo puppy is supported by a written five-year health guarantee covering qualifying serious hereditary and congenital health conditions.
Confidence and Protection When You Welcome Your Puppy Home
At Tiny Hearts Maltipoos, we work hard to give every puppy a healthy beginning. Our puppies are raised in our family home in Sheridan, Wyoming, with attentive daily care, appropriate veterinary support and carefully planned breeding decisions.
Our five-year health guarantee is intended to protect adopting families if a puppy is diagnosed with a serious qualifying hereditary or congenital condition that was present because of inherited or developmental factors.
This page provides a clear overview of our protection. The signed puppy purchase agreement issued at the time of sale contains the final binding terms, requirements, exclusions and available remedies.
Qualifying Serious Health Conditions
Coverage focuses on medically significant hereditary and congenital conditions that substantially affect the puppy’s quality of life and are confirmed by licensed veterinary professionals.
Hereditary Conditions
Serious inherited disorders passed through the puppy’s genetics and confirmed by appropriate veterinary examination or diagnostic testing.
Congenital Disorders
Serious structural or functional abnormalities that were present from birth, even when symptoms became noticeable later.
Qualifying Eye Disease
Diagnosed inherited eye disorders that cause serious and permanent loss of normal vision.
Serious Heart Conditions
Congenital or hereditary heart disease that materially affects normal health and requires significant treatment.
Qualifying Orthopedic Disorders
Severe inherited or congenital orthopedic conditions diagnosed through examination and appropriate imaging.
Serious Neurological Disease
Confirmed hereditary or congenital neurological disorders that substantially impair normal function.

How We Work to Raise Healthy Maltipoo Puppies
No breeder can promise that a living animal will never experience a health problem. What we can promise is that health is central to our breeding decisions and puppy-care program.
We carefully consider parent health, temperament, family history, physical condition and available breed-relevant testing. Puppies are monitored throughout their development and receive age-appropriate care before going home.
Important Responsibilities for the New Owner
Our protection depends on the puppy continuing to receive timely veterinary care, proper nutrition and a safe home after leaving our care.
Veterinary Examination
Have the puppy examined by a licensed veterinarian within 72 hours of pickup or delivery, excluding Sundays and recognized holidays where appropriate.
Routine Preventive Care
Continue vaccinations, deworming, parasite prevention and wellness visits according to veterinary advice.
Proper Nutrition
Feed a balanced diet suitable for a small-breed puppy and maintain a healthy body condition throughout life.
Safe Daily Care
Protect the puppy from preventable injury, extreme temperatures, toxic substances and unsafe environments.
